Free Shipping on Orders of $500 or More

Hotel Supply Depot offers FREE standard shipping on qualifying orders of $500 or more shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping applies to eligible merchandise shipping to addresses in the lower 48 states. Simply select the Free Shipping or Standard Shipping option at checkout when available.

FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Because of their size, weight, or special shipping requirements, certain products are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions may include furniture, bed frames, pillows, ironing boards, luggage racks, bellman carts, and other oversized or heavy items.

Products requiring truck freight, special handling, or other non-standard delivery may also be excluded from the free shipping offer.

SHIPPING TIMES & TRACKING

Most in-stock orders normally ship within 2–3 business days, and many orders ship sooner. Once your order ships, we will send shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

Delivery time varies depending on the destination, product availability, and shipping method selected.

ORDERS UNDER $500

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the products in your order and the shipping destination. Available shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout.

ALASKA, HAWAII & LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

The free shipping offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, or other international destinations.

Expedited shipping options may be available for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Canada and other international destinations is also available for many products.
